Duncan’s Bone saw

Duncan’s Bone Saw is a dual purpose tool to be carried by a traveling doctor. It’s main function is that of a surgical tool. But should the time come where they must defend themselves, they can pull the trigger, rotate the handle, and pull a dagger to protect themselves.

After being robbed for the second time and just barely escaping with his life, Duncan made this custom bone saw to protect himself. Many people would be frightened by an armed doctor, the very person trying to preserve life. But Duncan has more to lose than just his life, if he died, what would come of Evelyn.
